Deborah Yaffee and I'm a Hypnotherapist, Reiki Master Teacher and Certified
Nutritionist. I also teach Tai Chi. My husband, aka Chef Marty, is a
professional chef and Certified Culinary Educator. I like to call him my secret
weapon because he knows how to create recipes to keep my taste buds
singing.
My passion is to help you be your best self, mentally and
